Laser engraving, metal inlay, manual shaping, wood wax oil finishing

The Fanhua series is the culmination of Lusoet's craftsmanship.

Each mosaic accessory is precisely cut by a laser engraving machine; Subsequently, the craftsman manually selects inlaid materials such as copper and aluminum sheets and embeds them into the wooden board piece by piece. In order to ensure stability and perfect details: the back needs to be manually glued with adhesive strips, and each connection on the front needs to be taped to prevent flipping and falling off. After pressing and shaping, the craftsman manually processes the adhesive tape one by one. Finally, the German OSMO wood wax oil is used for oiling treatment to give the wood a soft luster and high-end touch.

The entire process is complex, yet every 'flower' exudes a delicate and vibrant artistic quality.
