Place the flooring material in a high-temperature cellar, and as the temperature increases, different parts of the wood fibers will exhibit varying shades of coffee. This natural color difference, after repeated experimentation by craftsmen, achieves different levels of beauty and vivid texture expression under strict temperature changes.

Compared to traditional craftsmanship, it has a more three-dimensional feel. If you observe its cross-section from the side and delve into the coffee flavor of the wood fiber, there is a fundamental difference between the texture of surface coloring with colorants. This textured and storytelling coffee color can only be achieved through smoking techniques.

Transformation process

Originating from Europe, it uses organic and natural activators to oxidize wood with tannic acid, giving it a unique aging style and presenting the effect of natural oxidation process. Transformation requires pure manual coloring, which forms rich layers of colors due to different reaction times and amounts, making the floor look more transparent, three-dimensional, and full, completely different from ordinary color matching techniques.

Lusoet's entire range of chemical transformation products use Belgian Xilanowa products for transformation technology.

It is achieved through a dual treatment of high-temperature anaerobic carbonization (180-220 ℃) and ancient smoking (Japanese long charcoal/European oak smoke), which causes physical and chemical changes in the wood, forming a unique retro color and stable structure.

Natural aging aesthetics, deep carbonization of wood fibers, presenting a gradient color tone from coffee brown to dark black, preserving clear wood grain while increasing weathered texture.

Using high-precision laser beams (0.05mm~0.1mm) to etch patterns or textures on the surface of wood, with controllable depth (0.2~3mm), without physical contact or damage to the substrate,

The high-precision processing method of engraving patterns or text on the surface of wooden floors, laser technology can add unique decorative effects to wooden floors, enhance overall aesthetics and value.

The water-based metal paint process, which is currently the first in the flooring industry, draws on the colorful paint spraying process of high-end cars and the manual spraying technique of the whole wood customization industry.

The dazzling luster is achieved through the fine metal powder in the paint, creating a dazzling gradient fashion texture. The visual effect is full and vivid, with scattered starlight and dazzling colors.
